Founded by Ken Fennel
GMM is led by Ken Fennell, who brings over 30 years of experience advising boards, banks, private equity and state agencies. Ken was co-founder of Kavanagh Fennell, former Head of Restructuring at Deloitte Ireland, and founded Interpath Ireland in 2022, establishing himself as one of Ireland's leading corporate advisory practitioners.
Across three decades, Ken has been in the room for some of the country's most significant restructuring situations. That experience shapes how he works today: calmly, directly, and always with the survival and recovery of the business as the goal.
